The Art of Living
Mongibello Hotel Ibiza : The Charm of the 60's in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza.
Mongibello rescues the quintessence of ‘Dolce Far Niente’ (The art of doing nothing, or what is the same, the art of enjoyment) in a Mediterranean enclave, on the most “lively” Island of the Balearic Islands. The tranquility of Santa Eulalia and its blue magnetism make it the perfect setting to play Dickie Greenleaf and Marge Sherwood in ‘The Talented Mr. Ripley’.
Mongibello was created to enjoy leisure just as bon vivants did in 60s Rome. This was the period when the Eternal City was re-emerging after the post-war period in the face of a narrow-minded society that condemned carefree lifestyles. This also happened in 1960s Ibiza when wealthy hippies arrived, seeking to break away from a corseted lifestyle and pursuing the simplicity of a life in which the most important thing was the present moment. The freedom experienced on the island then was unrepeatable. However, it is still the driving force that still provokes its many followers today.

Insider Tips.
The Mediterranean you have in mind with a beach with private access from the hotel. Walking down barefoot from your room and crossing the sand is that summer feeling at its best.
At Mongibello we give maximum importance to the fact of seeing the sea from the same bed. If you are a true bon vivant you will get what we mean. All our suites have sea views. Some of the double rooms have side views of the sea and mountains and all, without exception, have a balcony with outdoor furniture.
In Mongibello we want you to enjoy “la dolce vita”, in a calm environment for adults, and occasionally some teenagers.
